IP Office w/ Embedded Voicemail - Voicemail to Email Issue

Our voicemails will not send the email through LVMEmail Manager. It adds all voicemails to a queue. See log below.

Our SMTP is setup as such from settings shown here on the forun.

Any tips on how we can get this to work properly?

GMX email's are treated as spam on alot of email provifers.

Log into the gmx account and send an email to the same address., also try sending to another email address.
 
Gotcha. I just did three tests from a gmail account, a google apps account and this dropboxforward account. They all went through.

It seems as though the LVM isn't even trying to connect, but rather just adding to the queue?
 
The address I get resolved from GMX's mail servers are 213.165.64.21 and 212.227.17.174 both port 587, try those :)

Try 213.165.64.42 as ip for gmx

I know what I get, and my systems using GMX work (as well as GMX does anyway) :)

Same message with different timestamps and no email sent. The queue resets to 0 with each system reboot.

Am I possibly over looking something elsewhere?
 
Can the system even ping the server/anything outside your network? :)

From the PC hosting R8 Manager, absolutely. Is there a way to ping from within Manager itself?

what amriddle is asking, is can the IP OFFICE ping outside the network? Does it have a default route setup to get outside? 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0/langateway/lan1
You can ping from the IPO by opening up SSA, go to ip networking, ip routing, and hit PING. Enter the GMX ip as the destination, and lan 1 as the source and hit OK. Should get 3 replies, hopefully.
