IP Office Voicemail Access

I have an IP Office 500 Pro with Voicemail Pro.
I have an 4424D+ on the Operator Position.

I need to create access to Voicemail for the Operator to collect messages from other extensions. She will check when the user is out.
Currently what happens with a voicemail button programmed, is the voicemail goes streight to the operator extension mailbox without the promt for an extension.
The message button on my 5410 sets prompt an extension however I cannot seem to mimic this on a button for the 4424D+.

How do I program this VM buttton?

Make a button with the action of dial and the number *17.

Feature: voicemail collect
Telephone number: "Anonymous"
Line group ID:0

Then set up a voicemail code on the user tab/voicemail
this would allow access into the mail boxes.

You could then program a button as dial *77 lable it as MSG



Success is going from failure to failure without a loss of enthusiasm.Or is that another upgrade?
