The Customer runs Updates on his Exchange Server and it Reboots the MAPI connection does not reconnect till the VM service is restarted.

Is there anything we can adjust to get this to reconnect with out Restarting the VM Service?

try starting the vm pro service delayed (setting in services)

Give a tech a solution and he will be back tomorrow to ask you the next question, teach a tech how to read the manual and he will be able to solve the problems for a life time.

The VM server never Reboots just the Exchange server so unfortunately that wont work.

That would be nice but they wont disable that. I am working on writing a Batch File that will run on the Exchange server at start up to restart the VM Service on the VM Pro Server. Will let you know if it works.
