IP Office Visual Voicemail / Intermittent issue with callers name displaying in wrong language

Hello All,
There is an issue in Visual Voicemail only, intermittent and not with all users, the display shows the callers name in another language. When you research the call logs on the phone the information is displayed in English. The system is release 11.0.4 and the phones are the J-series.
Any suggestions on the cause/fix ?

There's an undocumented feature in that release. It should be resolved in next FP.
Either stick with it until GA or open a case with Avaya for the CP.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

This might be a quick workaround.... Try deleting the Language packs presuming that English is the only language used on the J-series phones. Delete the rest of the Languages and leave English.xml
