Customer is having issues with Visual Voice for Hunt group mailboxes. When they hit their visual voice button, it brings them into their mailbox and they have the option to go listen to their messages, etc or hit another button to get to the hunt group voicemail. When they hit the hunt group, it now rings the hunt group instead of going into hunt groups visual mailbox. This has been working for over a year and a half. It just stopped working last week. All programming looks ok to me. Visual voice works fine because it brings them to the visual voice. It just once they are in visual voice, they cannot get to the hunt group.
