IP Office users are prompted to reset their password everyday

Hello Everyone,

I have done alot of research but could not find anything yet.

Users are prompted to reset their password everyday they start their shift. it works all day but when come next morning it is defaulted again.

Any tips to troubleshoot ?

open config somewhere that is not refreshed?

@westi when you try to access there Voice mail from phone in the morning it ask to set password again .

It reset everyday .
 
I got the what happens, if the configuration is open (and stays open) and changes made and saved the password doesn't upgrade in the configuration and will be set back with every change.
If that is not the case and all users are affected then I would try and delete one user and recreate the user and see if that solves the issue for that one and if so do them all.
