1) where can I find the upgrade?

2) How to do it?

You'll need to contact you installer for the licence and software.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

A yard full of tards

To use 1608I phone, i have upgrade my IPO V5 to V6
I had to buy :
- a upgrade licence to V6
- a endpoint licences (1 endpoint licence = 1 user in manager..... if you have a VCM32, this included 12 licences endpoint.)

finally you must update firmware of 16xx I phones (usual)

plus v6 will run on an ip500 v1 - its the same hardware just with a different licence key and v/mail SD card all rolled into one.
