Is there an Avaya document that helps decipher error messages from the IP Office?

If you are getting TLB error messages only Avaya know what they are, anything else post and will see if we can help, apart from the ISDN cause codes etc in the Monitor pdf there are not many docs

I have a customer with an IP Office IP500, they are using SIP trunks and they got an error message on the phone display the read Incompatible Disc when they tried to dial out of the SIP trunk and the call failed....
I couldn't find the Incompatible Disc message in any documentation that I found....

It is just incompatible and disconnect

You need to use monitor to see what happens

As tlpeter says that is not really an error message that is an information element on the handset telling you your lines are not setup correctly. Post a trace on here and we will try and shed some light on it for you
