We are running IP Office 500 v 9.1.x

We use System Status to monitor Active Calls and it has been working fine. All of a sudden starting last week it shows along the bottom of the frame "Refreshing after Config Change" and then it shows this screen:

And then if I hit the Full Details button I get the normal screen:

This is an issue as you can only run two instances of System Status so I am running it on a computer that is sharing its screen read only for many people to view it. So each time it goes into this state the actual computer screen needs to have somebody hit the Full Details button.

Any ideas or suggestions? This is on odd behavior that just started. Prior, this was very stable and didn't need to be touched unless the system was rebooted.

Alternately, if anyone has any good ideas or third party products to view active calls I'm open to suggestions. I just haven't happened across anything.

Thanks,

JF

My suggestion -> stop using it for what you are doing.
You do need other software like Xima Chronicall.
System status is not designed to be used by customers.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I selo-taped a flag to my bosses headset so when he pulled the mic down to talk the flag went up. Could try that.

Har! I like that idea.

tlpeter - I looked at Xima Chronicall and will give it a try.

Any other third party solutions that people are using?

Thanks for the help and suggestions,

JF

For statistics (historical/realtime) Xima is the the most popular for IPO today.
As long as you don't need a contact center solution that is the way to go.

Thanks again all for the tips.

I am running a trial of Xima Chronicall currently. I can say it works pretty well.

However, I also just got pricing for 100 user standard plus 20 realtime agents - ~$9k! Ouch!

Too bad, looks like a decent product.

That's not what we would charge, that's an expensive quote, btw ....no we don't want to sell you it before I'm accused of that :)

Thanks for the info.

I just had no idea. And even if that quote is 20% too high it's still way way beyond what I was thinking.

For this small shop we'll just use System Status even if tlpeter says it isn't to be used by customers. Sorry, but I *did* pay for it so I *will* use it...

That is your for right but SSA does do what you are seeing.
Sometimes when it is bust then it won't show all.
Do you need 20 agents to be monitored?
A wallboard can monitor groups without those agents.

I understand that using System Status is not a perfect solution. But in this case it is a tool we can use for most of our immediate needs.

No, I don't *need* 20 agents monitored. But I'd *like* almost everyone to be monitored since that is what the users are doing now.

I understand about using a wallboard to monitor groups but the granularity of the agents looked much better.

Also, I did get the weird behavior to go away after doing a reboot recently. Seems good and stable for the last few days.
