IP Office Softphone

Hi All,

Just rolled out an IPO 500 V2 R9 SP 3.

Installed 3 IP phones, and 65 Softphones, as the client wanted a wireless solution.
there is a mixture of windows OS from xp to 8 and 8.1
running Aruba switch, wireless controller and more than enough A-C acces points.
all pc's have netgear gig usb dongle for wireless conn.

Windows 8.X does not seem to like the softphone, as you can recieve a call, scroll through the directory and then the softphone hangs.
On other pc's with 7 installed, when scrolling through the contact, the entire pc hangs, and users needs to reboot.

frustrating for them as they are architects and uses cad to draw.

don't crucify me for this, but i merely installed on instruction.

any help would be great, thanks.

Try switch off the firewall and test again,

Then if it works, try to change the firewall settings so it allows the IP Office connection.
