Hey guys,

We have a high profile customer that has an IP Office wanting to use an outside vendor to provide predictive dialing. We have created a SIP trunk between their system and the IP Office. Inbound calling of internal extensions works perfectly.

The goal is to have the predictive dialer able to call out from the trunks in the IP Office.

At this time, they can connect to the extensions but, it fails on the outbound call attempt.

The have 72 PRI channels and 72 SIP channels available in the system.

Thank you in advance for any insight.

Mike

See the recent posts on SIP trunks, I posted a solution to this scenario very recently :)

I found the post, I think, and put the *** in the URI of the inbound SIP trunk but, it didn't allow the call to turn around and go back out the other trunk.

Thank you!

There was more to it than that....incoming call route :)
