I have an IP Office 500 Running the Latest release of 5.0. Paetec/Windstream SIP trunk off an IAD. Calls to the Users are fine. Issue is when a User is set up as a Telecommuter and they receive a call, everything works for fine except the Origal Call drops off SSA at 12 min 50 sec. and the Telecommuter call drops at 15 min. I also tested with Mobile Twinning and get the same results.
Is there anything I can adjust in the IPO or is this something on the Provider that needs to change?
