Guys,

A customer wants all their Incoming calls routed as follows:
1st - Go to Receptionist then
2nd - Go to Hunt Group then
3rd - Go to Auto Attendant (Voicemail Pro)

I was able to do the first two routes and tested them (set 3-rings apart). However, I'm at a stumbling block with the third route.
Is this possible?

Thanks

Create a dummy extension, set forwarding to a shortcode, say *300. Create the *300 short code and set it for feature Auto Attendant and for TN set it for AA:<exact name of the AA> without the <>s. Create a group, add just the dummy extension to the list. Then set that group in overflow for the first hunt group.

Or enable voicemail on the group and set the answer time to 30 seconds.
Then in VMPro add a specific "Leave" start point for the group and program your AutoAttendand there.
With VM Pro dummy users is for dummies...[bigsmile]

intrigant:
Could you be a bit more detailed in setting up the "Leave" start point for the group and the AutoAttendant please...I was trying to do it and not sure the steps required. (Actually at the customer's site presently)

Thanks

Go to the group in the VM pro and right click on it. Then click on the leave option and then set up the AA on that tab.
Mike
