I having been banging my head against a wall about this issue for months!! If anyone can help, I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it!! So here's the issue: my office has th IP Office 500 implemented. We have 10 handsets (phones) total that are in use. Currently, our system is setup so that when someone calls in 8 of the 10 phones ring about 3 or 4 times then the 2 remaining will ring with in conjunction with the 8 a couple more times. My question: How do I reconfigure the system so that all 10 phones ring at the same time? I have tried going into the IP office manger, clicked the users with the delayed rings, and modified the "delay ring" time slot. This does not fix the problem.

Thanks in advance!

You need to look in the section huntgroups.
But i notice the lack of knowledge so be carefull, you could break the system when you do it wrong!!!

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

tlpeter - could you be more specific? I have taken a look at the huntgroups before but I'm not sure which properties need to be modified.

Thanks

Find the group with the 8 people in and then add the other 2 :)

The 8 users are in a group and there must be an overflow group defined where all ten phones are member of.
Put the 2 other members in the main group and remove the overflow group.

Thank you both amriddle01 and tlpeter! I'll give this a shot!

I recommend you get your BP to help you out if you are not sure how to do it yourself. You might guess one or two times but you need knowledge to implement some changes.

good lucky

It sounds to me like you are running in partner mode, the way you described the delayed ringing. Is your IP office running in partner mode, because that is a different fix.
