I have a problem with the Avaya IP Office Version 9, it suddenly reboots and sends the error message described in the image

It can happen more than 2 weeks or more than 1 month and the fault is repeated without making changes in the configuration

Ah, some more info....

With the error message there is nothing I can tell about what causes the issue.

so, install sysmonitor and let it run untill the IPO reboots again.

Then, look in the trace and/or send the trace to Avaya.

We had a customer with the same issue that we trouble shot for ages, only to have the problem resolved by swapping the 500v2 chassis. Turned out to be a power supply issue. Avaya support was less than helpful.

I had the same issue. After sending the logs to Avaya it turned out to be an Tapi issue, and Avaya provided me with a special build firmware.

Which 9 version do you have? Might be time to isntall a Service Pack.
