IP Office reconfiguration

Current Config:
IP406 DS with (2) IP400 30's
PRI + 4 POTS
30 Users with 5410 Phone sets
Running IP Office 3.1.22


The current set up dials 9 to access outside lines.

I have a customer that has asked for the following:
Add (4) additional POTS Lines, dedicated to 5 new users.
These 5 users are not to have access to the PRI, nor the existing 4 POTS lines.

(4) new POTS lines have been added and connected to a newly installed Analog 16 shelf and are recognized by the system.

I have updated the phones for the 5 new extensions with user information.

I need help in configuring the line access for inbound and outbound to restrict the new users to the new group.

Customer wants one of the new users to serve as an attendant, receiving all calls and forwarding to other members in the group.

If attendant doesnt answer, voicemail takes over.

I have no experience with Avaya IP systems, but have played around with the system now for a few hours and just need a little advice to make sure i don't miss some interalation that you pros would all know about.

How do I restrict the calls (inbound and outbound) for this group?
 
You will need to make sure the incoming and outgoing group ID of the new trunks is unique to the system.
For each of the users to dial out on these trunks, set a user short code of
SC?
Feature: Dial
TN: .
and outgoing line group ID of the new Alog trunks.

You need an incoming call route ( check the incoming line ID) ponting to the new huntgroup.
