Hi all ,

I see that in R11 Server Edition Powered by ova and I see there is WebClient as a new service. it stays at 0% MEM/CPU Usage and when I access the ling : I get error saying Service not available.

I don't see other error in logs and I have all prerequisites met.

Has anyone played with this ? any clues?

Is your Webrtc gateway service running?

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

That is Equinox for Web and yes you need the WebRTC gateway service running as well.

We use it on all our R11 systems.

Equinox for web is a different product pepp-aura only.

This is the ip office web client.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

Hi,

Yes I have WebRTC running.
Should I leave it with default settings - I made sure info from SIP Server are the same as IPO Lan1

yes, not equinox for web which is the Esna product and compatible with Aura only.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

What? Equinox for Web doesn't work when Communicator for Web did? Nice =)

Communicator for web is still the ip office version.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

So I set it up to Manual and this is what I get when trying to Launch Web Client:

Login with the username (not extension like Equinox) and the password configured for the user.
I just tried and i can use it as a softphone.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

the web phone uses 1xp, i see your 1xp is partially connected on the screen shot.
Is 1xp Green?

Also, you are correct, you need the SIP settings in webrtc gateway...

You were right. Onex should have been green.
There was a problem with the providers so I had to reset the EnhTcpaService password.

Thanks all!
