I am unable to figure out how to set up mailbox access from an outside line in the new Release 7 quick (partner) mode. You can dial 777 or 778 internally to access mailboxes, but this does not work through an automated attendant. There is no AA option for voicemail collect, and I am wondering if it can be done? Anyone had sucess with this?

Why do you use quick mode?
Why not the normal ipoffice mode?
It is way more flexible and so much better.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Set a selector code to Transfer to Number, then in the drop down list select Voicemail Collect.

Be sure that the mailboxes have passwords, so they can be checked remotely.

Can we agree to only discuss IP Office related stuff here, not old fashioned Quick Editions. Many thanks!

Sorry for being rude. But why will you pay the full price for the hardware and then just use a crippled subset of the system.
We really like IPO, but with all the features. Not just this QE.
Did you order it from a pizza delivery? Why couldn't the guy plug it correctly?
I hope Avaya will stop this nonsens ASAP.

Now that is worth a star :)
