Great Forumn guys, I have been doing a lot of reading in the past few weeks looking for ways to maximize the productivity of the IP office. I am hoping to pick your brains on a few items:
- I have read alot about intergrating a full LYNC deployment via SIP trunks to IP Office. What if the customer wants to get IP Office and Avaya phones, but wants click to call functionality and telephony presence through Lync? Have you guys found a solution to that?
- If a customer wants full skills based routing on the IP Office, who do you use? I know of Zeacom and BBX. Any others you like out there?
Also I am starting a blog to highlight some of these solutions. I am not sure if I can post it on the board. Please let me know if I am breaking the rules by putting a link in my signature (no direct selling on the blog site)
Thanks
Michael
