Hi,
We are installing an IP Office 500 for one of our clients at their new office with a PRI Card for their ISDN 30 that is been migrated from across the road. BT have installed a NTE51D at their new office which has an RJ45 connection labelled as Traffic. Do I just connect this to the PRI card? Sorry if this sounds like a simple question we’ve only worked with BRI before. Also is it possible to test the ISDN line before the numbers are transferred over?
Hope that makes sense thanks.

There is only one RJ45 (cat5) socket on those units that's what you plug into, can't remeber what it's labelled but it's the only one :)

Thats great, thank you for your help.
Do you know if BT charge for the test numbers?

If the circuit is not in service you will need to call provisioning it used to be at worthing and you have to quote the circuit number to get it brought into service , do you have a customer light that is lit on the bt nte? This number is for ISDN but they will get you sorted as i dont think provisioning is giving out its number to joe public anymore 0800679079
