I've done it with DuVoice sitting in the middle for hospitality voicemail/PMS integration, but I don't believe there is a way to natively tie IPO to a PMS system such as was done with CS1000.
I've used DuVoice to tie into Opera, Jazz, Marriott Fosse and one other that I can't remember - they can integrate with pretty much any PMS. The DuVoice server sends the name/status changes to the IPO when rooms are checked in/checked out.
We buy DuVoice from the same distributor we buy our Avaya gear from, but they may also allow you to purchase direct.
You need enough third party IP endpoint licenses to match the number of voicemail ports you need. I always have CTI Link Pro licensing on systems that connect to third party apps, but I don't think it is expressly required for DuVoice. You can run DuVoice on a small appliance they provide, or in a virtual environment if you prefer.
The DuVoice folks do the configuration on their side. The IPO piece is pretty straightforward. All the docs are listed on the Avaya DevConnect site.
