IP Office - Platform Network issues

Hi,

After many ticket open at Avaya about call audio quality, I borred and want answer
Let me prove it's not a client network issues,

How can I see packet loss with Wireshark and system status between 2 IPO
-With Cisco 3560
-With DLINK Router
-With Crossover !!!
I can see ICMP unreacheable between does IP Office on port 49152 to 53246. Normal ?

I suspect one has a faulty VCM.

But do you actually have bad quality or do you look as SSA?

Problems is on 35 IP Office members of 10 SCN: (All our clients)
Always the same issues. Note: This problem seem to only occur on SCN network
-Phone not ringing (Often if I use 3 lines ont phones) but hunt group members also complain
-Echo
-Distortion or missing word/clipping
-Bad IP Office synchronisation on hunt group, Phone Manager, softconsole and many other small bugs

I've suspected IP500 Unit, I'm with PCS0003, but have same problem with PCS0011 units
I agree with hairlessupportmonkey, I've suspected VCM, I will receive a brand-new VCM card, I'm using a newest (0x7)ComboCard, I actually have a noise problem and will try with VCM. Actually have production systems with PRI+VCM32 and have the problem

That can look like this document from Avaya but that occurs on all my IPO at different chassis level:
IP Office 500 V2 the audio quality from 9600 over the PSTN is choppy and cut the audio for time to time during the conversation
To replace IPO V2 Chassis. After replacement customer confirm issue resolved

IPOFFICE-25227 Complaints of poor quality voice on 1608 IP sets on PRI.
IPOFFICE-29273 Digital phones have echo on PRI calls answered over the SCN - Mesh or Star.
IPOFFICE-29982 Audio Clipping on IP Phones when more than 10 users on the phone (That what I do to reproduce the problem)
IPOFFICE-32655 9630 sets may have echo problems over PRI when using Direct Media Path
And a closed one talking about SSA QOS errors
