IP Office Partner Edition:
User can not access VM from cell phone. User recorded greeting and set password. Calls main number AA answers then User dials *17 and receives an error. Please advise. Thank you very much for the help
I do not get the option "Voicemail Collect"
The only options are as follows:
No action
Dial by name
Dial by number
Transfer to number
replay greeting
This is all the options that it gives me. Any suggestions?
I suppose that if it were exactly as the old Partner then it would not be in a IPO Chassis. So whoever said that apparently has an agenda filled with rose colored glasses and marshmallowed Easter bunnies.
