IP Office Partner Edition:
User can not access VM from cell phone. User recorded greeting and set password. Calls main number AA answers then User dials *17 and receives an error. Please advise. Thank you very much for the help
 
So in the Actions for AA you have Action * set to Voicemail Collect?

 
I do not get the option "Voicemail Collect"
The only options are as follows:
No action
Dial by name
Dial by number
Transfer to number
replay greeting
This is all the options that it gives me. Any suggestions?
 
Look a little further to the right. The other pull down. That would be the destination.

 
So try setting action * to Transfer To Number and set destination to Voicemail Collect.

Then simply press * when AA answers.

I don't have my lab unit turned on but that should work.

 
That will fix the issue. Thank you, I was told this is exacty as the old Partner. I am finding out that it is not.
 
I suppose that if it were exactly as the old Partner then it would not be in a IPO Chassis. So whoever said that apparently has an agenda filled with rose colored glasses and marshmallowed Easter bunnies. :)
