IP Office Manager 6.0(14) Unhandled Exception When Merging Config

Hello
i have an issue with WIndow 7 and IPO Manager 6.0(14)
Customer is doing a change and when applying the merge he get the following JIT popup
Sorry the image is not that clear.

Is there a way to diasble this JIT debugger.
