We have a customer with an IP office 500. Last time they have problems with the external lines. People can't call them and they also can't make calls. When they reset the system (power down), everthing works fine after the reset. I tried a lot of things. De dealer says that the problem was synchronisation and I called KPN to set on continue synchronisation. Still the problem exist. It looks like that the problem mostly exist, in the weekend, when their are not many calls.
