IP Office hunt groups

I am have an IP500 running version 4.1
I am using Manager 6.1 to administrate it. I haven't set up an IPO in a loong time.

I am trying to create a new hunt group, however I cannot add any extensions to it. In the guide it says to select "add" and it will open a window which has all the available extensions in it. Then select the extensions I want to add to the group from there. However, I can't find an "Add" button or option anywhere. I've tried right and left clicking in the window with no luck either.

Use the scroll bar on the right side and scroll down

Manager has 3 Windows.
The "Error List" window is below window where you configure the hunt group.

Move your mouse over the border between the windows.
Click and drag the border down making your Error List window smaller.

You should see the [Add] button now.

I turned the error window off. Still no add button. At the botton right, I have OK, CANCEL, and HELP. That's all no ADD. There is scroll bar either, I have the window larger enough to view everything.

I called avaya, and this is a bug in Manager. You cannot use manager with wide screen monitors.

Manager works fine on widescreen. What it doesn't like is monitors set to large fonts or DPI other than 96dpi.

It works perfect on a widescreen, it is even better !
It must be a setting on your laptop

You know the "Add" button is a "[>>]" button right? If you are looking for [Add] you'll not find it.

I once had a similar problem with the icons set to large in the preferences of Manager. I changed them to small and I could see everything

Baumann1, thanks for bringing that up, just found the multiline tabs option, that is much better than scrolling all the time

Nope definately a [>>] button to add users to a group
