Is there a way to log all incoming and outgoing calls for all extensions in our office? I think there is a way to get the info and export it into an excel spreadsheet but I'm not sure how to do it. Thanks for any info.
You need the DeltaServer, it has SMDR log ability.
The SMDR logs are stored as .csv files on the HD on a daily basis, these files can be imported into Excel.
Is there a way to automatically save each day's log to a separate file? Or do you have to manually go in each day, export to excel, and save each day's log?
When you set up the SMDR log file it automatically time stamps each day separately and rolls over to a new file. Therefore you have a separate .CSV file for each day.
