IP Office: How to change a user's security pin in a 9620 1

Hi guys,

I would like to know, how can I change a user's security pin incase he or she has forgotten it in an IP office context. Tried changing the password under user but that didn't seem to work. I am using 9620 phones.

You need to change it under user-> telephony -> supervisor settings.
There is a change that the phone does not like that and that you have to enter it on the phone's extension too.
