IP office embedded voicemail trouble

IP office 8.1(69) Embedded Voicemail

Internal and external calls that are transferred to voicemail drop right after you hear "there is no one here to take your call" the call is dropped right after. You can see the call in system status for the amount of time the message is played. It disappears from status when the call drops.

Problem resolved:

The system had a mailbox built for the fax machine so every time a second fax came into the system it would leave a message in that mailbox. The system had over 2,000 messages so it could answer the calls properly. Deleted the fax messages and the voicemail started working correctly.
