IP Office E1 R2 PRI SHOWS NO OUTGOING CALLER ID (UNKNOWN)

Hi All,

I have a setup with an Ip office connecting to the Telco with and E1R2 Circuit at Company A.

I have the telco setup as receiving CLID to pass it on.

Is there a way to have the caller ID go out as shown below?

extn 3900 (full number 4553900)calls telco number 4890001 , ID to be shown is 4553900 on the telco number display
extn 3901 (full number 4553901)calls telco number 4890001 , ID to be shown is 4553900 on the telco number display
extn 3902 (full number 4553902)calls telco number 4890001 , ID to be shown is 4553900 on the telco number display
extn 3903 (full number 4553903)calls telco number 4890001 , ID to be shown is 4553900 on the telco number display

so that the numbers called outside on the telco's network will see 4553900 which will be the main number at company A .

I am aware of the short code

9N
Dial
Ns*******
line group (whatever)

But whenever I use this the user rights which I use for call restrictions don't restrict calls as they should and the outgoing caller ID still isn't displayed.

please help
