I have a IP Office 500 v2 release 6.0 down, both the cabinet and sd card was damaged ordered a new 9.0 cabinet and sd card licenses were transfered to new sd card.

How do i transfer the 6.0 cfg file to the new replacement, i really need help dont want to screwup the new system.

can i just send the 6.0 config to the new system or do i have to reprogram everything manually.

Boot the system with the sd card and connect to it with manager. Make sure its in standard mode and reboot. Open the config with manager and go to file, offline, send config, push the config to it it will reboot then type in your licenses when it comes back up.

That's not the way to do it, also the new system will come up as unlicensed unless you already have an essential edition licence in the config (I doubt you do) :)

i do have an essential edition license on the new system. i also have annnnnn expansion digital for 16 d phones.

what is the correct procedure

As long as you have the correct licenses and the cards are in the same order, edit your old configuration and put in the licenses from the new SD card, and push it to the new hard system.
