IP Office Demo Default Config

When installing IP office server edition as demo anywhere, I can not install Demo Default Config, the following message pop up, anyone know how to ?

Using latest abe-9.0.300-941_el6.iso, anyone know the tricks?

I had this issue with a previous release.
In the web screen where all the running services show, disable the "real" IPO service, then run again.
At this moment the demo environment will replace standard environment.

Updates > Uninstall > IP Office
Then Install IP Office Demo then reboot the server.
