IP Office Contact Store is not archiving

Dears,

when I was checking the archiving problem I was having the following errors:

Major Alarm: No disk available for call archive and old archive disk (calls0002) is inserted,
but archiver needs the current disk (calls0002) or blank disk.

On Web Admin, I have in System Overview:
Current DVD media : unkown
Free space on current DVD media (GB):unavialable

Moreover, If you double click the DVDROM, it will give you
Not accessible & Incorrect function. How can we isolate this issue?

The disk is not available so solve that and it works again.

I have inserted a new DVD, I can access it now, but the status on the witness did not changed.
