Ip office cold start and power failure

Hi All,

Today a client noticed something on there avaya ip office V2 500 r9.
In the status they saw cold start in event type and also power failure.
The time this happen is in the morning, during the day there was no issue.
They did replace the ups today just to be safe.
So will check with them in the morning.
I was thinking that it could be the ups or maybe the power supply

Might anyone have an idea what else could cause this?

As a one of it pretty impossible to say (unless someone admits that they mistaken flipped the power).
