Recently we have installed Avaya IP office CCR version (1.2.4.6)but its showing disconnected and no administrator/ supervisor license are available.while in the system all license are valid.Admin version is (5.0.08).i have installed proper prerequisite.

You will want to change the destination. But it appears to be working.

It was not even in the folder System32.
Even copying it in to the folder did not work.
I will try SP2 which i did not install because it is a test rig.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

The backup portion of that script that I posted does not appear to be working, however it is clearing the Application log.

Ill need to look into it later.

Thanks again.

I do not need backup fpr it so that is fine by me :)
I will let you know when i have installed SP2.

the errors that CCR supply are a load of rubbish.

e.g - Event log errors keep the status light red. this status light is not real time, only an indication of an error event written to the event log.

When CCR has actually got a real issue, where it cant communicate to the IPO, the status stays green.... nice one Avaya.

Thanks guys,
because of you guys i solve the issue. the real issue was with the version of the ccr when i installed latest version 1.2.4.6 its its started working nicely and again i face the problem communication faulted shown by SQL and real time service after that i clear the eventlog the ccr come up green indication.

The latest version is 1.2.5.1 :)
Did you add the ports 1433 (tcp) and 1434 (udp) in to the firewall ?

ACSS (SME)

I never touched anything...

The vbscript works for server 2003.
The wevtutil works on server 2008 (and windows 7)

I will add this to my faq for CCR.
