I just wanted to throw this thread out there for anyone who comes across this problem. I went through as many Tek-Tip posts and google searches as I could find on this, but couldn't find an adequate answer to this until after a good deal of digging around. I hope this helps someone solve their problem.
The symptom:
After installation of CCR, despite however many repairs or re-installations of CCR or Crystal Reports to fix the Reports section of CCR, the light blue tabs in the Reports section were not showing within CCR when you clicked on Reports. Agent Time Card, Alarm, Call Details, Call Summary, Trace, Voicemail, and Custom tabs were all missing. Thus, most of the Reports functionality was broken/lost.
The clue:
Upon looking at the loaded webpage source code, there was an error in java script that pointed me to IIS. (I don't recall the exact error now that it's been a while).
The fix:
In IIS, we changed the web pool from the newly installed/repaired "Crystal Reports" (but apparently still broken) web pool to the default webserver web pool. Restarted IIS and CCR services, reloaded the CCR login page, logged back in and the Reports sub-tabs were now showing along with all other Reports (Crystal Reports) functionality.
These steps were needed because neither reinstalling CCR nor repairing the CCR or Crystal Reports installations were working (based on other users previous treads and forum suggestions). This change works for us, as this server is not hosting any other web services using the default webserver pool.
Good Luck!
