IP Office CCR Reports on reason's

I have configured some Reason Codes in my AVAYA IP-Office but my CCR reports only on the display Lunch at one place while all the remaining other codes sum up in a single field(Agent Time Card Report). Is there any other way with which I can see the time of each reason code separately.

I think everything other than lunch is considered the same thing to ccr and can't be split up.

You will need a custom report for this. The information is in the database, but there is no default report to see it.
