IP office call pickup light indicator 1

Hi to All,
i have one question about the IP Office call pickup light indicator
we created group so that the members can pickup calls to any extension numbers member in the group. we configure the button of the ip phone (1608), call pickup member and assign to the group. the members are able to pickup the calls but there is no light indicator in the button we configure for cal pickup of the ip phone. what we want is to have some indicator on the members that there is call that needs to be pickup, either light button indicator or beep sound. thank you
 
That was possible ten years ago on IP Office but nowadays : nope.
 
Try this, it's just an idea

Create a incoming group button on the phones.
When a call rings the incoming group the indicator will flash.
This way you will see if there are calls queuing on that incoming group
You can press the group button to pick up the call as we'll
Or use your pickup button.
 
snowman50 thank you but the problem is they want to pickup the calls of the extension member and not the calls from the extension group. do you have any idea to make it possible?
 
Maybe Coverage ringing could be a way to solve this?

Of you have user buttons they will flash when a call rings, then got the pickup user button followed by the user button.
But that would mean you need to have a button for each user to get our working properly.

Hi Westi , yes i configure button for each member , i configure callpickup member - then i asigned to group, but the issue is the button is not blinking if there is a call to others group members
 
What I did yesterday for a customer-
Remove the users third call appearance keys.
Set 'reserve last CA' on users
Forward B/NA to a hunt group for that user's group
Replace the deleted Call appearance key with a group key for that hunt group.
Set the hunt group to 'rotary' '10 secs' with overflow to a reception group called 'Overflow help'
