IP office Call logs

I wanted to see how many abandoned we had in one day on my ip office 500 but I'm having a hard time finding these logs. Is there a centralized location for logs like this, or does it have to be setup? I've tired looking for log settings with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you will need to use a some sort of call logging software such as Avaya's CCR, or a third party product in conjunction with the IPO SMDR output.

ah bummer, but now that you said this it does ring a bell. Guess I'll have to look into that Avaya CCR. I tired a third party SMDR logger but never got it to work right. Hopefully the avaya one is better. Thanks!
 
CCR is ideally suited to a call centre environment, and its not cheap.

make sure its what you really need before spending thousands.
