I am using Auto Attendant. At night I want calls to go directly to Mailbox.
Thanks in Advance,

Rich D

You can't have both. If it goes to an attendant, you need to have the caller press 0 (or something) to send it to the extension you want. Have that extension put dnd on so it won't ring. Then, just have the recording say what you'd like it to say with "if you'd like to leave a message press 0 now" and then record the mailbox as "you've reached the general mailbox/night mailbox leave a message after the tone".

Partner/Basic mode is just that, basic. It doesn't have the flexibility of the other versions.

You could try setting that person's VMS Cover rings to 1 ring higher than the VMS Hunt Delay (for the day). Then make the extension the Line Coverage Destination for the lines, and put a DND button on their phone (no night service button needed). When they leave for the day, they would turn the DND on. Calls should then go right to the mailbox.

What's that? Your paging doesn't work?! Just get yourself a good bullhorn..problem solved!

But if you put line coverage on the line to a specific extension it will not cover to the auto attendant. It will go to that mailbox during the day and at night. I assume they want the attendant to answer during the day if not answered.

Thanks, I think Telcomboy has it right I just needed affirmation.
Thanks Again
