I recently switched to Mac (my work PC bit the dust and I had a mac sitting around so I'm using it now). I would like to know - is there the IP Office Admin software (the ADMIN_000.exe package, about 1 gig, contains System Monitor, Manager, Etc) for Mac OS X (ML 10.8.5?) Or should I set up a XP Parallels machine and run the Windows one inside that?

There isn't a version for a MAC and XP is not supported anymore.
But parallels should work as I have seen it work on W7 running on a MAC.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I used the following VM config to get it working:

IP Office Manager 9.0 (36) running on Windows XP SP3 (Administering a IP Office 500 5.0(8) device)
512 MB Ram, 7GB Disk.

Also, it's worth mentioning that the System Status applet that allows you to view current calls is a Java JAR applet - which means you can drag it out of the VM onto the desktop (the entire System Status folder) and run it semi-natively on the Mac (although the layout isn't entirely correct.)
