IP Office 9611VPN to Sonicwall

Have a Customer that has a Sonicwall connected to a Layer 3 switch that is doing all their Routing and VLANs. The Data network is 192.168.1.0/24 and the IP Office is on 192.168.3.0/24.

The 9611 Tunnel builds when I set the Protected Net to 192.168.1.0/24 but the Phone goes into Discover with the IP Office IP 192.168.3.245 - If I set the Protected Net to 192.168.3.0/24 the Tunnel fails.

Has anyone had luck getting the 96XX VPN to work with Sonicwalls?

 
Do you have an ip route in the IPOffice to that network?

Yes I have a Default Route set to go to the Layer 3 Switch.
 
Is it a routing switch? Some layer 3 switches just operate at layer 3 in that they support VLANS but they can't actually route between networks themselves :)

The Customer is telling me Yes - So I can not be 100% certian
 
I doubt it, what do the PCs use as their default gateway? :)

The VM server has the same GW as the IP Office which is the switch
 
Can it and the IPO ping outside the network?

Yes - Their System Alarms into my so it has full access out
 
I have the Default Route

Hmmm, all looks good system side then, guess its back to the horror box/Sonicwall :)

On the Sonicwall, go to VoIP and disable h323 transformations.
Reboot Sonicwall.
Powercycle phone.
