IP Office 9.0 Voicemail Pro issue

Hello fellow Tek-Tippers. I have an IP office that's been having some strange issues, specifically with the voicemail. When a user hits a voicemail, they get "The user's voicemail box is full, unable to leave a message." When the user, who's voicemail box is apparently full, goes to check their mail, there is nothing there. When I go into the Voicemail Pro client, the user shows 0 messages and their profile is shows up in red letters. This is a server edition, and when I WinSCP into the Linux server, this individual's mailbox is empty as well. The only fix is to "Clear" the mailbox within the Voicemail Pro Client. This solution is only temporary, and eventually, the user ends up red again.

Any thoughts?

Sounds as a bug.. deleted but its comming back without a reason.
If you have a IPOSS report it.
