I just deployed IPO 9.0 SP3 on VMware 5.1. upload license and configured the system to connect to ISP with SIP trunk, but for some reason, I don't see any SIP message comes out from LAN2, when I run system monitor, I do see the SIP REGISTER and OPTION Message, but just not comes out. I can ping the ISP without any problem and the PING messages show on my external wireshark trace.

Thanks,

Yes, I did enabled the SIP trunk on LAN2

ethernet port of the server attached to the LAN2 of IP Office?

there are several VM on deployed on the server running VMware and same NIC used for all those VMs. there is no issue with other VM and as I mentioned in earlier note, there is no issue with PING message for LAN 2

the IP route seems O.K. it point to the gateway of LAN2

Actually the similiar setup worked with IPO500 running 9.0 SP2, I used the similiar configuration on the Virtual server Edition and new set license but failed.no complain with license and no other errors in system monitor.

Maximum SIP Sessions set in System - Telephony - Telephony? (Server Edition)

Maximum SIP Sessions set in System - Telephony - Telephony is 4, which is same as the SIP channels license

Yoy have it working on a IP500? Thats nice, but the IP500 has two hardware NICS. Therefor our server running the IPOSE should also has two NICS and you need to attache these nics to the corresponding LAN ports of the virtual IP Office.

I do have 2 Virtual network assigned to LAN1 and LAN2, I tried both on same NIC and different NICs, but no difference

Try to enable SIP extensions, the try to register a SIP softphone from your laptop.

It probably wont register because of a 3rd party IP endpoint, but al least you should see the SIP messages.

I did registered SIP phone before via LAN1 before, so you want me to register a SIP via LAN2?

the WAN connect to a close private network with ESBC, I could not have my phone to register.I will try to redeploy the VM to see if I got same issue. Thanks,
