Ip office 9.0 analog trunks don't show incoming caller ID 1

I am installing an ip office 9.0 with 1 combo card. I have 3 analog trunks on the system. Everything is working great, I set up the SD card with a card reader like they want us too. However, incoming calls are not registering caller id. I verified I am receiving data burst and registering name and number from test set.The only thing that comes across the screen on inbound call is external call. I installed another 9.0 a couple months ago and caller ID is working fine. So I can't imagine there is a problem with 9.0. Anyone have any suggestions as too what my problem might be? At this point, I wish I had a spare combo card to rule out a faulty card. I appreciate anyone's help!

on the ip office, you do have them configured as ICID right?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Yes I have them set for ICLID. I did upgrade system to latest 9.0.2.0.860 and that took care of issue(ODDLY). Thanks for your response smokinJoe
