IP Office 9.0.1 Single ring routing

We have an agent who wants his DID calls to ring once then ring his assistant 3 times then back to his voicemailbox. We have tried several combinations using hunt groups and overflow, results in 1st extension ringing once then to 2nd phone rings twice then back to 1st extension rings once then 2nd extension twice then to voicemail. Any ideas would be appreciated.
 
Still use a group and set it to sequential.
Set the no answer timer to 6 seconds (or lower if possible) and add the assistant 3 times.
Set the voicemail answer timer correctly and you are done.

And disable the queueing (otherwise it all goes to hell when his assistant is busy or on DND :p)

Set forward no answer on agent to the assistant (or a group it dosn't mater
enable VM on the Agent

everything should simply work as you described


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
