Hi,

I am looking to upgrade the Ip office to 9.1, I am asking Partner to send me invoice for the upgrade license and installation.
So my question is how much time does it take to upgrade à 75 user system. I have different time on my quote and would like to know
how much time does it really take approximately. I think some try to push it.

Thank

I always quote 4 hours.
You need to make a backup. And if possible I copy the SD card.
The upgrade itself takes at least an hour because of the file upload.
Also some testing after the upgrade is needed.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yes I agree but if it has to be done cheap then 2 hours will do, four is better is the coffee is of a good brand...

Also depends on what else is in use, VM pro, OXP, what types of handsets etc.
Plus they need to account a bit of buffer time just in case something goes iffy :)

I also generally quote 3-4 hours depending on app usage and DevConnect software that may also be implemented.
