IP Office 8.1(65) System Monitor

Upgraded IP Office from 7.0 to 8.1 - Installed the new Admin CD and can Access SSA and Manager- When I try to launch Sys Mon I get Access violation Address 0044F50E in Module 'System Monitor.exe' Read of Address 0000057. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Added to Windows Firewall Exception list and still no change.

Any ideas on what else I can try?

This is caused by Windows' 'Data Execution Prevention"

set this to "turn on DEP for Essential Windows programs Ans Services only" & you should be fine

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
