Did anyone try to download it? I got "old" One-x portal client software named as Manager_8_1_57.exe

A simple mind delivers great solutions

not yet but i need to, i have a major issue with a customer that buys 9508 for kidney dialysis clinics all over the country. we tried the R45 patch on these sites and followed exact instructions that the equipment reseller (yeah tell me about it i get stuck supporting hardware i have NO control over) and the patch did not solve the problem. the same 9508s are still saying 'Please Wait', etc.

Hi XXXX:

These are the links for the 9508 “Please Wait Patch from Avaya. You should have the latest version of Manager loaded on your PC based on the version of the IP Office. Manager can be downloaded from . You have to put the 9500R45.bin on the SD card or in the HTTP server. Upgrade the IP Office and expansion modules using the appropriate bin files from the links below based on the release of your IP Office. Here are some additional comments from Avaya.

1. You have to load the patch for the phone before you upgrade.
2. You have to put the file in the Primary Folder on the SD card.
3. You have to have the IP Address of the IP Office as the HTTP server.
4. You have to have the directory in the manager where the patch is located.

Manager should be 8.0.51

Manager should be 8.1.56

Manager should be 8.1.63

So am I to assume that I need to upgrade to this new release 8.1(57)? And which patch do I use now?
